This 1,000 square metres floor was in very poor condition as a result of oil deposits coupled with old, solidified cement and concrete .

Superior Seals Limited needed the floor refurbished to a standard that was practical, hard wearing and compliant with Health and Safety requirements.

Installation Programme

Preparation

Heavy deposits were removed. This was followed by thorough diamond tip grinding to provide as good a surface as possible.

The flooring was then chemically washed and degreased using Epoxy Products Concrete Cleaner.

Completion

All work was completed on schedule.

The finished result exceeded the expectations of the client.

Condition of  current floor  

Ideal for the immediate protection of "green” or damp concrete,Epoxy Products Epoxy Sealer WB was applied to provide a sealed dust free concrete surface. Its exceptional strength will harden the upper surface of the concrete to   which it is applied.

Finally, the fully prepared surface was coated with Epoxy Products Epoxy Coating. This will provide a tough, durable, chemically resistant surface. It will offer a highly decorative appearance for up to 10 years
